Villa de Santi is a small, independent business specializing in luxury handcrafted baby clothing. All items are made in limited batches with high-quality materials and careful attention to detail.

2. Products & Materials

Because our products are handmade, slight variations may occur. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of our pieces.

Some of our items are made using reclaimed, secondhand or vintage materials as part of our commitment to sustainability. These materials are carefully selected and thoroughly sanitized before being sewn into garments.

• Because of this, natural signs of previous use or age (such as light signs of prior use, minor fading or softness) may be present and are considered part of the garment’s charm—not defects. These do not affect functionality or safety.
• Every product listing will note if secondhand fabrics were used.

3. Availability

Each garment is made in small quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not return. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
• All prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within USA and select international locations.
• Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $250 and up within USA only. International order shipping is not FREE and are subject to shipping charges according to delivery location.
• Please allow 3-5 days for shipping and handling.
• Villa de Santi is not responsible for delays due to postal service or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item with photo proof of damage(s). We will do our best to make it right.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange in these cases, items must be unworn,  in original condition and in their original packaging.

• Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty of our garments. Care instructions are provided with each item and must be followed to ensure product longevity.
• Villa de Santi is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.

8. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Villa de Santi occasionally offers soft baby shoes designed for non-walking infants. These shoes are not intended for  walking or outdoor use.

• Our baby shoes may include parts, such as laces approximately 9" in length. These are secured carefully, but should only be used under adult supervision.
• These shoes are not designed for walkers or children who are beginning to stand or take steps.
• By purchasing, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and supervision of the product.
